Are there fees for custom orders?

 

NO!  I do not charge design fees or anything additional for a custom order.

 

How do I place a custom order?

 

Choose the “Custom” option and place in cart to complete check-out.  

 

Email makaisunrise@aol.com with the specific information you want in your customer order.  The artist usually responds within the hour, but no longer than 24 hours. A phone call may be necessary to complete the information needed to begin your custom piece.

Feel free to email prior to placing the order if you have any questions prior to purchasing.

 

How do I place a Custom Order for an item not currently on your website?

I will work with you on the item you want crafted, and will then provide a firm price, delivery time frame, and instructions on how to pay.

 

How long does it take to process a custom order?

There are many factors that affect the length of time it takes to complete a piece of our artwork.  The turnaround time can be anywhere from 3 to 15 days on most items. You will be given a detailed time frame when a custom order is placed.  Please note in your email of your event date, if applicable.

What if I don’t like the finished product?
